Beef round slow roasted with beef stock, Italian Giardiniera and Moose Drool Brown Ale and topped with a smoked Gouda cheese sauce. Served on a toasted golden split top brioche bun. $8.95

URBANE CORNED BEEF

We roast our own corned beef, slice it thin and stack it high. Melted swiss cheese, bacon kraut and horseradish mayo round off this irresistible sandwich. Served on marble rye. $8.95

ROASTED TURKEY BREAST

No processed turkey allowed! We roast our own turkey breast for hours and slice it in-house. We top it like a classic with tomato, leaf lettuce, red onion and bacon, and then add a tomato mayo. Served cold on whole wheat bread. $7.95

SALMON CLUB

Fresh grilled salmon, lettuce, tomato, red onion, bacon. Topped with a basil lemon tartar sauce and served on grilled ciabatta. $10.95
